dkwen Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an active account on dkwen, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your account remains open:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. dkwen does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law as it applies to you individually.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Opening an account on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had a dkwen account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms. Opening a replacement account following termination without prior written authorisation from dkwen is prohibited.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the dkwen platform, and you are not knowingly suffering from a gambling addiction at the time of registration.
• The payment method(s) you use to deposit are registered in your own name and are not shared with or owned by a third party.

Registration Process: To open a dkwen account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one dkwen account. If dkwen detects that a Player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances across duplicate accounts may be consolidated or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dkwen login credentials, including your username and password. dkwen will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dkwen support at [email protected] immediately. dkwen accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

dkwen offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events such as BPL and IPL seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players with fully verified accounts who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion. Unless expressly stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the 30-day window are automatically removed from the account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%). Slots from qualifying providers generally contribute 100%. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Abuse: dkwen uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed returns, systematic exploitation of low-edge games to complete wagering, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, dkwen reserves the right to void all bonus-funded winnings, remove the bonus balance, and close the account.
• Cashout Before Wagering: If a Player requests a withdrawal of real-money funds while a bonus remains active in their account, the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to the bonus will be forfeited upon processing of the withdrawal request.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While bonus wagering requirements are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳2,000. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active wagering period may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Promotion Changes: dkwen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change.

By using the dkwen platform, you agree to conduct yourself in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent deposit or withdrawal requests.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software that interacts with the dkwen platform in a manner not intended for human users. This includes automated sports betting systems that exploit pricing inefficiencies through high-frequency machine-assisted betting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker formats, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through pre-arranged play.
• Money Laundering: Using dkwen as a mechanism to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. dkwen complies with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of a pre-arranged or fixed sporting outcome. dkwen actively monitors for irregular betting patterns and cooperates with sports integrity organisations where match-fixing is suspected.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds, software bugs, or display malfunctions to gain financial advantage. All winnings arising from known errors are void.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward dkwen support staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to access dkwen from a Prohibited Territory or to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or bonus eligibility controls.

dkwen's fraud detection and compliance teams monitor all account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, dkwen will act promptly to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of other Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkwen's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any products or services provided through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dkwen expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if dkwen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or telecommunications disruptions outside dkwen's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player's negligence contributed to the breach.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings — Players are solely responsible for determining and discharging any applicable tax obligations on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dkwen complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration. dkwen's formal complaints procedure is available by contacting [email protected].

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with dkwen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and dkwen with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
